Dominik Kleemann is a cross-border corporate/M&A lawyer qualified in Australia with focus on sub-Saharan Africa, with detailed local and cultural understanding of business environments in Africa’s emerging and developing markets. He is a Juris Doctor/MBA graduate from the University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia) with 15 years professional experience practicing in Australia, the Middle East and Africa. Dominik has gained his experience working for leading Magic Circle and international law firms including Allen & Overy, Clyde & Co, Dentons大成 (Dacheng) and King & Wood Mallesons, and continues to provide consulting services on behalf of leading Magic Circle firm Allen & Overy.

In his legal advisory capacity, Dominik advises clients including some of the biggest blue chips, SOEs, globally operating SMEs and high net worth investors as part of complex and market leading transactions on investments in global growth markets. He provides strategic and deal-specific advisory services on complex public and private M&A matters as well as corporate finance and broader commercial transactions.
